2. Website Transfer Fee $20.00
If you already own a domain and want us to take it over, we charge a
$20.00 for transferring. This may include setting up new accounts
for your URL or host. |

3. Buying
your Domain name.
Buying your domain name is separate from all other fees
also. We suggest Domain Discover (www.domaindiscover.com) but there are other choices.
Domain fees are normally $4 to $25 a year. You must buy a domain
in order to have a website. Domain registerars require a CC to
setup your account either 1) you setup the account and send us the
information or 2) you can give us your billing information and we'll
setup the account for you (we have done this for several of our
clients). IT WILL BE BILLED DIRECTLY TO YOUR CC. We do not
store any personal info here, but the host stores your info. Once
it is setup we destroy any info here. A one-time
fee of $5.00 if we setup the account and is not a website transfer. |

4. Website Host.
Host fees are in ADDITION to our maintenance fees.
Hosting fees are paid directly to your host and can range from Free to $30
a month, depending on the account you choose, they normally have several
choices. Hosts require a CC to setup your account either 1) you
setup the account and send us the information or 2) you can give us your
billing information and we'll setup the account for you (we have done
this for several of our clients). IT WILL BE BILLED DIRECTLY TO
YOUR CC. We do not store any personal info here, but the host
stores your info. Once it is setup we destroy any info here.

A Host is required to have your website viewable on the internet.

5. Website
Maintenance Fees
I charge $30.00
an hour. This would be like changing text, pictures, information, adding
pages, deleting information and so on. We charge only a flat
hourly rate, the only extra fees we charge are listed below. There
are no hidden costs.
Updates are posted to your
website within 7 days (most are done within the first 72 hours).
Urgent changes can be done within 24 hours.
We break down our hourly rate by the 1/2
hour. Example:
If you only have 15 minutes of website maintenance, we charge

our programs can create. You will be notified of limitations if they
occur. Website Hosts must have frontpage extensions at this time. ALL PERSONAL PHOTOS VIEWED ON THE WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED
FROM OUR CUSTOMERS, EXCEPT GRAPHICS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
QUALITY OF THE PHOTOS, WHETHER THEY ARE POOR OR EXCELLENT. CUSTOMERS USE
WHAT THEY HAVE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THEIR PICTURES, WE DO NOT GO AROUND TO OUR
CUSTOMERS AND TAKE PICTURES FOR THEM OF WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER.
Satisfaction guaranteed, if not satisfied, money back in the first
15 days (from the date the contract is signed for our services). Refund policy: 50% of the

hosting
fees may be refundable, if the web hosting company allows
(posted above in the benefits listings, but subject to change without notice)
(we are not the hosting company just the designers). *
4. Website maintenance fees are fully refundable. We carry
NO guarantee on the web hosting fees for a refund. All fees are prepaid. 5.
Extra Features are 50% refundable. ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE
BOUND AND HELD TO OUR CONTRACT. If the Contract is never signed by you
then any and all of our Guarantees and Refund policies are Null and Void!
We are not responsible for additions you add to your website
while we are the webmaster. And you
will not hold us liable for anything you have added. You can take over the
creation of your site at any time. Even though some of our items come from
free web assistances you are merely paying for our time to set it up.
You are the owner of all accounts created for any additions to
your website. You may go in and add, edit, or even delete. The only
thing we did was set up your account and get it started, you will be given all
user names and passwords relating to your site so you may maintain it on your
own. We are not selling these other services, we have a fee for our time
to set it up on your site. You are not limited to what we offer. You
will not hold us liable for any changes, deleting, adding, or accounts set up
for your website. Logos may have to be displayed on your website from the
other websites we gathered information from.
Fees subject to change without notice.
No search engine submissions guarantee traffic to your site,
through any company.
We are not responsible for website down time as we are only the
designer's and not the host.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Paypal (using PayPal account, Credit Card or online Check),
personal check, money order. There is a $20.00 NSF fee on all returned
personal checks. |
